TacoboutWellness was born out of lived experience — the messy, real, and often invisible battles of chronic illness, fatigue, trauma recovery, and trying to find peace in the middle of it all. It’s a space for healing and honesty. For faith and frustration. For slow growth, small victories, and holding space for the days that don’t feel okay.
I’ve walked through illness. I’ve walked through single motherhood. I’ve walked through fear, burnout, and the brokenness of a system that doesn’t always know what to do with bodies that don’t work “the right way.” And I know I’m not the only one.
